i2E Love's Cup Winner Joins Ada Jobs Foundation

Srijita "Dia" Ghosh to Intern with Ada Jobs Foundation

Ada, Oklahoma - The Ada Jobs Foundation recently hired Srijita "Dia" Ghosh as an intern and Entrepreneurship Specialist. Dia is a senior in the Harland C. Stonecipher School of Business at East Central University.
The 2014 Economic Development Strategy for Ada called for the creation of an entrepreneurial strategy, and earlier this year, the Ada Jobs Foundation budgeted an additional position to help develop and encourage entrepreneurship efforts in the community. Dia will help the Jobs Foundation develop an initial phase entrepreneurial strategy and asset map this fall. She is also working to assist the Oka' Institute in developing a water industry cluster asset map as well.
"I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to apply the many things I've learned at ECU and assist multiple organizations in the Ada community", shared Dia Ghosh.
Dia already brings experience in this field of work to the position. She is an entrepreneur and is working on developing a product called StoPanic. She placed Second overall in the Small Business Division of the i2E Love's Cup competition earlier this year.
